原料:虾;咸鸭蛋;生粉;葱;香菜;
步骤与做法:
1、整理虾,掐去虾头,去泥线,尾巴上的刺摘掉;沿着虾背剪开,到尾部,如果不是很会去泥
线,这样剪开,取泥线会更方便;香菜洗净切段,葱切葱花;咸鸭蛋取蛋黄,粘碎;

2、虾头炸点虾油;虾裹生粉;入油锅炸;炸到虾脆;炸好的虾,沥油;
